Pressure vessel and process equipment heads
Elliptical, torispherical, hemispherical, conical and flat heads for pressure vessels and process tanks — made to drawing, with the documentation a vessel fabricator has to hand to their own inspector.
Engineering line, engineering paperwork
A head is only as useful as the paper that travels with it. Every batch leaves with a dimensional report and a material certificate tied to the heat number, so your quality department can file it straight into the vessel's documentation pack.
Where a project needs more, we test in our own shop: radiographic, ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection, with reports written to the acceptance criteria in your specification.
- Profiles: EHA 2:1 elliptical, THA torispherical, hemispherical, conical, flat, and non-standard profiled heads
- Sizes: equipment rated for Ø203 mm to Ø3000 mm outside diameter; production to date sits in the smaller sizes, and any diameter we have not run before starts with a dimensioned first article
- Thickness: 0.6 mm to 20 mm
- Materials: 304/2B, 304/BA, 30408, 201, Q235B, Q345B, SA-36, SA-414G and 5083-O aluminium — 316L / 304L, Q345R and other grades on request
- Documentation: dimension report, material certificate, NDT report, and third-party inspection welcomed — your own inspector or SGS / BV / TÜV can attend the plant and witness the NDT

Applications
Pressure vessels
Air receivers, separators, accumulators and general pressure equipment.
Gas and cryogenic
LNG vehicle cylinders, Dewar flasks, stainless beverage kegs and coolers, and cryogenic service where aluminium and stainless are used.
Process industry
Reactors, fermentation tanks, mixing vessels, distillation and chemical equipment — and boilers, which are one of the longest-running uses of EHA and THA heads.
Food, pharma and water
Sanitary tanks and vessels where surface finish and cleanability matter.

Dimensional tolerances are held to GB/T 25198 for the head forms above. When your specification calls for a different acceptance basis — a dimensional table on your drawing, an ASME or EN-based form, a tighter roundness or a minimum-thickness rule — tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm what we can hold before quoting.
One thing we would rather you hear from us than find out later: EHA and THA pressure vessel heads are the newest part of this plant's work, starting in 2019. The forming experience behind them goes back to 2001 in solar tank heads, and the presses, tooling and inspection equipment are the same. If your tender asks for decades of vessel-head references, that is a fair question — ask it at enquiry stage and we will answer it straight.
